STS Arborists (formerly Sanner Tree Service LLC) offers tree removal, trimming, and pruning. We also handle stump grinding and removal as well as tree planting and transplanting services. Our team provides tree pest control and tree disease management as well as firewood sales for local pickup.
At STS Arborists, our company culture is built upon a strong foundation of values that guide us in every aspect of our work. These values are not just words on a page; they are the principles that define who we are and how we operate. We believe in identifying and preserving the true values that are inherent within our organization. Our core values are grouped intentionally as a trinity inside a trinity, with each set of three values forming a larger cohesive message.
Tim Shawley
From a young age, Timothy E. Shawley always had a love for business. He started several small companies as early as his freshman year of high school, beginning as a professional photographer. He now owns STS Arborists, a growth firm based in southwestern Pennsylvania, and enjoys educating homeowners about the fascinating world of arboriculture.
Timothy continues to expand his portfolio of businesses into new fields, including working as a consultant with a focus on philosophy and cultivating a creative mindset for business owners to use at work and home.
Using the phrase “I think with my pen” is both practical and necessary for Timothy as he requires getting the clutter out of his mind and onto paper in order to sort ideas into effective solutions. The infinity journal written about in this book was designed out of a state of dependency for organized thought and is just one of many types of journaling he relies on daily.
