RE/MAX POWER Associates has been the #1 Office since 2021 for the Cambria Somerset Association of REALTORS. Market inventory is posted directly to our website so you can get accurate, up-to-date information. Our dedicated REALTORS are always available to answer any of your questions or concerns, and to guide you every step of the way. The office opened in 2013 and has grown into an amazing group of dedicated, professional agents and office staff. Our office donates to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN) and is a Miracle Office due to the high level of our agent donations each year. Our agents donated over $13,000+ to UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in 2023. Our contributions have also benefited the Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital in Danville, PA prior to 2023. We also donate to many local sponsorships and events every year.
Brad Sowerbrower
Brad was born & raised in Johnstown, PA and graduated from Richland High School in 2015. He started his Real Estate career in Feb 2022 and became a multi-million dollar producer within his first year. He joined RE/MAX POWER Associates in Jan 2023, becoming part of the #1 Office in Cambria & Somerset County 2021-2023. He is also a Miracle Agent for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, donating a portion from each of his closings to a UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Brad works with both buyers & sellers and strives to make every transaction an easy experience.
